Standing desk tips

I sometimes use a standing desk at work - however I noticed I can get quite tired towards the end of the day if I’ve been standing up.

Does anybody have any tips for avoiding getting tired, or generally any best practices for standing and working at a computer?

Thanks for your question, it’s good to switch it up, so do some standing and some sitting, ensuring that the ergonomics of your workstation are correct, have a little walk around the office and do some spinal twists for the whole spine, so the neck, thoracic and lumbar spine.

Switching it up ensures your not in any one position for too long.

Also make sure that you aren’t dropping a hip when standing at your desk. As this will be bad for your posture and shift weight to one side.
