Does the Reflexology option actually equate to a foot massage?

Be it reflexology or foot massage they both are forms of different styles of massage, whilst reflexology is focused on reflex points and zones on the feet, both massage and reflexology are about creating circulation. They both will be different techniques, however you will feel relaxed post treatment.
Reflexology can be more foot reading of what can be happening in the body, although not diagnostic, whereas massage will be also different techniques, just to relax. Say you have a sports massage on the feet for plantar fascitis for example that would also be a different techniques, but also specific to your needs.
